Public Notice on the NYOTA Business Start-Up Capital Second Tranche Disbursement

The Government acknowledges inquiries from NYOTA beneficiaries and members of the public regarding the disbursement of the 2nd tranche of the NYOTA Business Start-Up Capital.

We have also noted with concern the circulation of FAKE notices and misleading updates online purporting to provide information on the next steps of the NYOTA Project Business Support Component.

We wish to assure all NYOTA beneficiaries and the general public that the Government remains fully committed to supporting young entrepreneurs across the country through this transformative project. Preparations for the nationwide disbursement of the 2nd tranche of business start-up capital are currently being finalised.

To provide a comprehensive update on the way forward, we will hold a press conference on Tuesday, 2nd June 2026.

In the meantime, beneficiaries are encouraged to remain patient, ignore unverified information, and continue building and strengthening their businesses as they wait for the second tranche disbursement.
