PS Susan Mang'eni Hosts Uwezo Fund Leadership to Advance Affordable Finance and Enterprise Growth

Principal Secretary Susan Auma Mang'eni today hosted the leadership of the Uwezo Fund Oversight Board, led by Board Chair Ann Njuguna and CEO Peter Lengapiani, for discussions on expanding access to affordable finance and strengthening enterprise growth.

The meeting reviewed the Fund's ongoing digital transformation, which continues to improve efficiency, service delivery and access to financing for more Kenyans.

The leaders also discussed key strategic priorities, including the development of the NYOTA Growth Product, the Women in Business Product, and the expansion of the Wezesha Majuu Programme to create more opportunities for enterprise development and overseas employment.

Together, these initiatives are strengthening the MSME ecosystem and unlocking greater economic opportunities for Kenyans.
