The total duration of the consultant’s assignment is scheduled for up to 48 months. The Implementation consultant shall undertake the following activities in collaboration with Project Implementation Unit (PIU):

I. Assist PIU in the day-to-day operation of the C4E (incl. financial management)

II. Elaborating the project details and develop the project operation manual;

III. Support in the preparation of project reports;
